Notice that metal plate connection between the concrete panel. The two holes in each sides are not bolted, are they meant to be like that or we supposed to put some sort of bolting in it ?
Also, as everybody (hopefully) knows by now that in timber framing construction you need to have lintels for any openings. I cant see anything in your concrete panel openings. Because its precast and non load bearing , is that why it doesnt have anything on it ?
Yes edo that is a good point this panel does need to support itself. There is no lintel in this opening as it is supported purely by the steel construcion joints rather than a lintel.
